Use Your portable security alarm wherever 12 volts is available.
Locate the sensor hole cap located close to the alarm label. Remove hole plug. Insert furnished adjustment tool and turn screw counterclockwise. Make small adjustments. The sensor is very sensitive and small adjustments are best. Test the Alarm after each adjustment until you reach a desired adjustment. Keep adjustment tool with alarm so easy adjustments can be made.
The only portable security alarm system on the market designed to "take it with you" when you want it, where you need it. Works great in a rental vehicle, a borrowed vehicle or any vehicle that does not have an alarm when you need it. Plug into the vehicles cigarette lighter press arm on the key fob and you are protected against any attempt or break in. Read more...
If you remove the alarm from the neoprene case, make sure the ZING tag is and Alarm Badge are aligned with each other. The key switch and the zing tag should line up. This will give you a reference to the sensor. Use this reference when you place your alarm into its resting place in the vehicle. Facing up will give you the best coverage. Never place alarm with sensor facing downward. This will defeat the sensor.
Portable burglar alarm system... The only truely portable personal alarm systems on the market.
STOP
You do not have to make adjustments in most cases. Steal Armor has already preset the sensor to a common position for most applications. By rotating the position of the sensor will turn down the sensor range. Try this before making adjustments with the tool.
